Description

1. Complete the testing and verification of the company's chip performance indicators, and produce DEMO boards according to market demand for customer testing and verification;
2. Be responsible for customer technical support, providing product consultation and relevant application solutions to customers, facilitating the integration of products into customers' actual application designs, handling and resolving product-related technical issues on the client side, ensuring smooth mass production of products on the client side, and maintaining customer satisfaction with the company's products on the client side;
3. Responsible for exploring potential customer project application opportunities through technical exchanges and communication with customers, and assisting sales personnel in introducing the company's products into customer projects;
4. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on technical applications and demand information from clients and the market, guide and refine the company's subsequent product development, and participate in the definition of new products for the company;
5. Provide training on product application to agents and customers;
6. Other tasks assigned by your leaders.

Qualifications

1. Major in electronic communication or related fields, bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of experience in FAE or product development, team work experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, soldering irons, and other instruments and tools, proficient in signal principles and circuit operating principles;
3. Proficient in using design software such as PADS, Orcad, and AD, with at least one being highly proficient;
4. C language programming and system-level software and hardware debugging skills are preferred;
5. Customer-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, good communication skills, and team spirit.
