Chip Introduction
SS6285M is a DC bidirectional motor drive circuit, which is suitable for toys and other types of motor drive, automatic valve motor drive, electromagnetic door lock drive, etc. It has two logic input terminals to control the motor forward, backward, and braking. The circuit has good immunity to interference, small standby current, low output internal resistance, and a built-in diode to discharge the inductive load reverse inrush current.
The SS6285M is packaged in SOP8 ROHS compliant and leadframe 100% leadframe free.
