The SS6226 is a DC motor driver integrated circuit designed for systems operating at low voltages featuring dual-channel low on-resistance. It is capable of four functions: forward rotation reverse rotation stop and brake of the motor.
The SS6226 incorporates a thermal protection function. When the chip temperature rises sharply the internal circuitry will shut down the built-in power switch cutting off the load current.
